    This is another one of those great websites that went viral and got a book deal - this was the first, followed by CakeWrecks.blogspot.com. Those are truly the GROSSEST looking diet cards EVER. Mackerel Pudding? Food was so ugly back in the sixties; it's a wonder everyone wasn't rail thin...
