Yes, I probably do overuse 'autumnal', but it trips off the tongue so delightfully. Today is my favorite kind of day; dramatic greyish skies that highlight the tri-colored leaves. The lake is many shades of bluish grey and the air is just intoxicating and invigorating. This photo is my slant on the taking of a photo with a newspaper to prove the date. Yes, I did find a shiny penny by a bus stop on my morning ramble.
I am having steel cut oats, cooked with cinnamon sticks and fresh apples for breakfast. Hooray for October.
