We have rain this hour, but my little icon on my computer says it's snow. We're due another eight inches. This weekend. If people don't make our Christmas show, I WILL BE CROSS.
Those are some frighteningly washed-out peppers! I hope they were frozen! And: I hope that you sliced them into whatever you were making, rather than leaving them weak and underpowered. :)

ReplyDeleteYes, those would be solidly frozen peppers and I use them in soups or pots of beans. They lend a nice little zip.
ReplyDeleteYou don't cut them up first? I mean, we'll use frozen peppers when we have them, but will slice them first, so as not to waste that glorious heat!
