    What a beautiful poem...

    Reminds me of a song we used to sing that has the same meditative idea:

    slowly we begin,
    slowly we grow,
    we continue onward,
    steady but
    slowly we begin
    slowly we grow,
    we continue onward,
    steady but
    slow
    ly
    we
    begin...
