There are conflicting comments on whether to have this King Cake on Epiphany or at Mardi Gras--I say any baked good with a plastic baby in it, is suspect. Although, in very funny news, SF is requiring that McDonald's only include a plastic toy in the Happy Meal if the child's meal is within certain caloric guidelines.
Um, yeah. I'm going to have to skip the King's Cake. Just my luck to be the first to choke on a plastic doll in the New Year, and worry the EMT's. Wait. Do they have those here? With Glasgow EMT response times, I'd just choke to death...
