Yes, it has been a few days--partially due to not having wi-fi at home and me being disinclined to slosh through the rain to a nearby coffee shop and partially inertia. The above photo amuses me because it's from a Mexican cafe smack in the middle of Poulsbo. Who knew one could find good salsa amongst the Norwegians?

Mt. Baker from my balcony. I do not mind the cool and rainy climate at all--and it's a bonus that we're all surprised when it's clear and we see that we're surround by mountains.
It's turned to rain here, too -- and it does hem you in with soft gray mist, and surprise you when you can see a long distance!!
