    I chopped it up and wilted it over sauteed garlic and 'shrooms. SOooooo good.

    What does one do with fennel salt? What IS fennel salt? Since I kind of hate fennel, it does not lure me. Licorice flavored salt. ::shudder::

    Yes, I'm not sure what to do with it. May end up using it for bath salts.
