while it's been irritating to postpone my move, I am thrilled that I got out of three days of teaching this horrid term. V. glad to see the end of it and resume my normal classes.

Still laughing as the Met Office keeps braying about snow here, and we haven't seen a flake - though granted, about twenty minutes west of here, there's black ice AND snow, but the Ochils are apparently protecting us (a series of low hills around our wee valley).
ReplyDeleteIf it can just hold off 'til Sunday, then we're golden... of course it won't, and our trip to Whole Foods Scotland will be freezing and wet...
Oh I'm sure the forecasters 'round here are thrilled with themselves. In the three winters I've been here, this is the first time they've been remotely close to accuracy with snow predictions.
