autumnal s/cents


After a hefty hike around these lovely grounds, I treated myself to a clove votive to kick off my favorite season.  Wish blogs came with a scratch/sniff option.  It's divine!  And yes, another penny was found on the way back up the hill.

    I just found out that pillar candles here are called... wait for it... CHURCH CANDLES. So, I'm going to go and buy a slew of church candles. I just got vanilla votives, too.

    It's beginning to at least smell like autumn.

    If there's metal in the wick, you should replace the wick with another: burning metal is very NOT GOOD for you.
