garden joys


It's just a miniature garden, but I just delight in stepping out for fresh food each day.  Here's the tomatoes that joined humus and olives for lunch.


 Kale and spinach were part of my breakfast miso.

  1. We are eating from a sudden bumper crop of tomatoes - don't know if Spain has had a late heat wave or what, but they're cheap/plentiful. I'm to the point where roasting them in olive oil, chopped onions, and fresh herbs is my preferred mode du emploi. Tasty, tasty.
