We are eating from a sudden bumper crop of tomatoes - don't know if Spain has had a late heat wave or what, but they're cheap/plentiful. I'm to the point where roasting them in olive oil, chopped onions, and fresh herbs is my preferred mode du emploi. Tasty, tasty.
